Now, ftp.gbrowse.org site is not available. Go back in september.
Now, you will find only GFF3 files about GBK2GFF3 section genomes.
GBrowse.org Help Desk will take the most recent GenBank entries from NCBI, convert them into GFF3, and then set up the GBrowse and FTP sites with the converted data (look workflow).
